NOMR ships from Thailand to selected international destinations.

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or special releases, processing times may vary.

 

Shipping Time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, and local conditions. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are beyond our control.

 

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and selected shipping method.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. NOMR does not cover or reimburse any customs related charges.

If the recipient refuses or fails to pay any required import duties or taxes, the shipment will not be refunded under any circumstances. In such cases, the parcel may be abandoned or destroyed by the destination customs authority, and NOMR bears no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from this process.

Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.

 

Delays, Lost, or Held Shipments
NOMR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, or events beyond our control. If a shipment is held, delayed, or lost in transit, we will assist where possible, but outcomes are subject to carrier and customs decisions.

 

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. NOMR is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
